The homeless dogs may be adopted 72 hours after their arrival at the shelter. By choosing to adopt a dog from the Stark County Sheriff Dog Dog Warden Department you are saving a life and gaining a grateful companion.
NOTE: If you are viewing the dogs online, it is best to note the kennel number of the dog you’re interested in, call the Stark County Sheriff Dog Warden’s Department, and ask if the dog is still available before you make a trip to the shelter.
General Adoption Fees for Adult Dogs (Over 6 Months Old): $99.00
General Adoption Fees for Puppies (Up to 6 Months Old): $150.00
Adoptions include spay/neuter; heartworm testing; DA2PP and bordetella vaccines; worming; microchip; license; and rabies vaccine.
